崗位職責(zé)：-建立健全公司財(cái)務(wù)管控體系，統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)公司的財(cái)務(wù)管理和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險預(yù)控等工作；-制定公司財(cái)務(wù)計(jì)劃、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算以及成本管控等政策制度，有效監(jiān)督檢查公司財(cái)務(wù)制度、預(yù)算的執(zhí)行情況，日常的會計(jì)核算；-負(fù)責(zé)定期提交財(cái)務(wù)分析報(bào)告，提出系統(tǒng)和結(jié)構(gòu)化的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)偏差分析，為公司的經(jīng)營和管理決策提供實(shí)質(zhì)性的參考依據(jù)和具體合理化建議；-負(fù)責(zé)資金運(yùn)作管理工作，籌集公司運(yùn)營所需資金，協(xié)助決策層編制、審定每項(xiàng)融資計(jì)劃和方案，并組織督導(dǎo)實(shí)施到位；-掌握國家、地方財(cái)政稅務(wù)相關(guān)法規(guī)及稅收優(yōu)惠政策，負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)與稅務(wù)、銀行、審計(jì)、投資公司等機(jī)構(gòu)的公共關(guān)系，對公司稅收進(jìn)行整體籌劃與管理，組織完成年度審計(jì)工作及年檢事宜；任職要求：-統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，財(cái)務(wù)、金融類相關(guān)專業(yè)，中級會計(jì)師以上職稱，其中不少于5年及以上制造企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；-具有豐富的財(cái)務(wù)管理、成本管控、資金籌劃、融資及資本運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；-具有良好的職業(yè)操守和職業(yè)道德，較強(qiáng)的工作熱情和事業(yè)心；-工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，并具有一定的戰(zhàn)略前瞻性思維，能嚴(yán)守公司保密制度；-具備高度的責(zé)任心、職業(yè)精神及團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力；-具有較強(qiáng)的判斷和決策能力、邏輯分析能力、人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力。本崗位工作地點(diǎn)（子公司龍崗和總部寶安各工作半個月）：深圳市龍崗區(qū)坪地街道高橋社區(qū)教育北路49號麻沙旭達(dá)高新產(chǎn)業(yè)園1棟601深圳蘅添達(dá)信息技術(shù)有限公司（近地鐵3號線白石塘站）深圳市寶安區(qū)留仙三路2號鴻輝科技園4棟5樓蘅東光通訊技術(shù)（深圳）股份有限公司(近地鐵5號線興東站)面試地點(diǎn)：深圳市寶安區(qū)留仙三路2號鴻輝科技園4棟5樓蘅東光通訊技術(shù)（深圳）股份有限公司
