職位描述：我們正在尋找一位經(jīng)驗豐富、結果導向的資深軟件測試專家，主導智能駕駛調度系統(tǒng)的質量保障與測試體系建設。您將帶領測試團隊，負責系統(tǒng)測試策略制定、測試工具建設、自動化測試落地，以及跨部門協(xié)作，保障調度平臺在復雜交通場景中的穩(wěn)定性與可靠性。崗位職責：1. 測試策略制定與落地：根據(jù)產(chǎn)品架構與業(yè)務場景，設計全面的測試策略（功能、性能、穩(wěn)定性、安全性等）。2.測試流程管理：主導測試全流程，包括需求評審、測試用例設計、執(zhí)行、缺陷跟蹤與回歸驗證，推動質量閉環(huán)。3.自動化測試體系建設：搭建并優(yōu)化調度系統(tǒng)的自動化測試框架，推動 CI/CD 測試流水線建設。4.調度場景模擬與驗證：組織構建真實交通調度仿真環(huán)境，設計復雜調度場景與極端用例，覆蓋各種邊界行為。5.團隊管理與培養(yǎng)：負責測試團隊的人員管理、能力提升、工作協(xié)調和績效評估。6.質量風險把控：推動質量數(shù)據(jù)可視化，識別高風險模塊并進行提前介入和專項測試。7.跨部門溝通協(xié)作：與產(chǎn)品、研發(fā)、運維等團隊緊密合作，確保交付質量與效率。任職要求：1.本科及以上學歷，計算機、軟件工程、自動化等相關專業(yè)；2.5年及以上軟件測試經(jīng)驗，25年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗，有調度系統(tǒng)/智能2駕駛相關測試背景優(yōu)先；3.熟悉軟件測試理論、測試流程與主流測試工具（如 JIRA、TestRail、Postman、Jenkins、pytest 等）；4.熟悉分布式系統(tǒng)、調度算法、實時任務調度優(yōu)先；5.具備自動化測試框架開發(fā)經(jīng)驗，了解至少一種腳本語言（Python / Shell / ****）；6.良好的分析能力與問題定位能力，具備推動復雜問題解決的能力；出色的溝通協(xié)調能力與團隊合作精神，抗壓能力強。加分項：1.有車隊調度、物流調度系統(tǒng)、智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)/Robotaxi/自動駕駛背景；有測試平臺建設經(jīng)驗，推動過企業(yè)級 CI/CD 流水線；2.熟悉開源地圖、仿真測試工具（如 SUMO、CARLA、ROS 等）；3.有參與安全/可靠性/容災/邊界場景測試的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗。
