職位描述：1.?對接內(nèi)外部客戶需求，組織各方進(jìn)行項目評審； 2.?制定并推進(jìn)重卡換電設(shè)備或其他起重搬運設(shè)備的開發(fā)、采購、生產(chǎn)、調(diào)試計劃； 3.?組織換電設(shè)備的物料采購、跟蹤及零部件的生產(chǎn)外協(xié)； 4. 組織產(chǎn)品的總裝、調(diào)試、發(fā)運； 5.?組織換電設(shè)備的出廠驗收； 6.?跟蹤管理項目過程，識別風(fēng)險，及時預(yù)警，策劃，應(yīng)對； 7.?執(zhí)行相關(guān)人員培訓(xùn)及審核，為現(xiàn)場提供資源支持。 職位要求：1.?機(jī)械、材料、車輛工程等專業(yè)本科以上文憑； 2. 5年以上商用車主機(jī)廠、起重搬運機(jī)械、重型機(jī)械等相關(guān)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)技術(shù)、工藝、生產(chǎn)管理、質(zhì)量管理、項目管理工作經(jīng)驗； 3.? 能夠閱讀機(jī)械、電氣原理圖紙； 4. 了解焊接、油漆、機(jī)加工、裝配、電氣安裝等生產(chǎn)工藝過程等知識，并具有一定的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗； 5.?具備較強(qiáng)的人際溝通能力； 6.?較強(qiáng)的抗壓能力與韌勁。
