1.客戶溝通管理積極溝通并協(xié)調(diào)處理與業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、分包商和行業(yè)主管部門的合作關(guān)系；建立有效溝通機制，確保工程項目的正常推進，并組織完成客戶側(cè)的驗收；2.現(xiàn)場管理(1)全面負(fù)責(zé)項目總體規(guī)劃與項目現(xiàn)場實施部署計劃的制定，以及項目現(xiàn)場的部署執(zhí)行、運維、測試、試運行、安全以及質(zhì)量等一系列管理工作；(2)負(fù)責(zé)項目實施過程中的現(xiàn)場部署、功能測試、聯(lián)調(diào)測試以及客戶培訓(xùn)等工作；(3)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)并解決現(xiàn)場部署調(diào)試過程中出現(xiàn)的各類問題并牽頭制定和落實解決方案；(4)通過合理地調(diào)配資源，實施日常工作中的組織、計劃、指揮、協(xié)調(diào)、管控、鼓勵等職責(zé)，確?，F(xiàn)場項目質(zhì)量和項目進度等目標(biāo)能夠按時保質(zhì)地被實現(xiàn)；(5)組織并監(jiān)管各階段工程的竣工驗收工作；3.與相關(guān)國內(nèi)團隊的溝通管理(1)嚴(yán)格遵守國內(nèi)公司相關(guān)規(guī)章制度，包括人力，費用，行政等，并定期匯報；(2)建立良好的匯報機制，使用jira，confluence等工具將現(xiàn)場狀況以及問題及時匯報給國內(nèi)相關(guān)團隊，并跟蹤管理；(3)協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場資源滿足國內(nèi)研發(fā)團隊對于新功能/研發(fā)提測類需求；職位要求：1.本科以上學(xué)歷，機械，車輛，電氣或軟件等相關(guān)專業(yè)；2.3年以上項目管理工作經(jīng)驗，有自動駕駛或項目管理工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；3.了解項目管理基礎(chǔ)知識或接受過項目管理培訓(xùn)，有較強的溝通能力與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力4.中文母語，并能夠熟練使用英語/西語，與當(dāng)?shù)貑T工和客戶進行順暢溝通。5.有較強的隨機應(yīng)變、溝通洽談、知識傳授及組織管理能力，踏實勤懇，執(zhí)著敬業(yè)，富有團隊精神6.接受長期出差海外
