職責描述：1、根據(jù)愛莎國際學苑發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)助項目負責人開展各項人力資源及行政工作；2、處理員工關系，跟進員工入轉調離程序，負責員工考勤管理及工資；3、跟進工簽、居留許可辦理等外籍事務；4、負責月度、年度人力資源相關數(shù)據(jù)的填報及分析；5、人才招聘及儲備；6、負責辦公室行政工作及管理、合同用印管理；7、采購及物資管理、固定資產管理，定期維護、更新相關臺賬；8、緊貼業(yè)務，協(xié)助各部門負責人做好員工溝通工作，建設企業(yè)文化，為業(yè)務發(fā)展提供支持；9、支持學苑各項大型活動的后勤工作；10、按質按量完成其他領導交辦任務。任職要求：1、全日制本科及以上學歷，人力資源、心理學、行政管理或英語相關專業(yè)；2、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力，熟悉外國文化，能適應全英工作環(huán)境；3、3年以上人事行政工作經(jīng)驗；有國際學校人事/外事經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；4、具有較強的溝通協(xié)調能力、人際交往能力、分析和解決問題的能力；5、抗壓能力強，能同時處理多項任務；6、熟悉HR軟件及辦公軟件的使用。
